RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH MCI
s _ - WORLDCOM COMMUNICATIONS, INC. AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the three-year agreement dated July 5, 2005 for local
telephone carrier services to city buildings at a cost of
r.
$5, 060 . 90 per month and long-distance services at a cost of
$0 . 0535 per minute for dedicated intrastate and $0 . 0330 per
minute for dedicated interstate, by and between MCI WorldCom
Communications, Inc . , and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
. same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
' same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
