BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
G �� that the Agreement dated July 5, 2005, in the amount of
$31, 462 . 27, in conjunction with materials to be used for 2005
Riverfront Stadium Renovations and Improvements Project, by and
between APC Emmert Manufacturing, Inc . of Marion, Iowa, and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
` Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of July, 2005 .
