RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH EXTENDING
7 - = UNIVERSITY AVENUE LEFT TURN LANES AT
ANSBOROUGH AVENUE, PROJECT NO. TRAF-110-05 .

c WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
-• heretofore instructed the Superintendent of Traffic Operations of

p proposed plans, specifications, form of
-66 tract, etc. , for Extending University Avenue Left Turn Lanes at
vAnsborough Avenue, Project No. TRAF-110-05, in the City of
r:Y Waterloo, Iowa, and
7 WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Traffic Operations did file
said preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. ,
fQr Extending University Avenue Left Turn Lanes at Ansborough
Avenue, Project No. TRAF-110-05, which were preliminarily approved
cn-- June 27, 2005, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on July 11,
2005, and no objections were made.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for Extending University Avenue Left Turn
Lanes at Ansborough Avenue, Project No. TRAF-110-05, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of July, 2005 .
