RESOLUTION DEDICATING PROPERTY GENERALLY
LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF EAST 11TH
STREET AND SYCAMORE STREET, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA, FOR RIGHT-
OF-WAY PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described property:
That portion of Lot 10 in Block 1 of Riverside Addition
lying Westerly of a line drawn from a point on the
Northwesterly line of said Lot 10 that is 12 feet
Southwesterly of the most Northerly corner of said Lot
10 to a point on the Southwesterly line of said Lot 10
that is 35 feet Southeasterly of the most Westerly
corner of said Lot 10, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa;
be and the same is hereby dedicated for right-of-way purposes .
