RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE YOUTH
PAVILION PROJECT - WATERLOO CENTER FOR THE
ARTS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
N `-;heretofore instructed the Director of Cultural & Arts Commission
of'_ said City to prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of
-_ , contract, etc. , for the Youth Pavilion Project - Waterloo Center
For The Arts, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Director of Cultural & Arts Commission did file
fsaid preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. ,
o-r the Youth Pavilion Project - Waterloo Center For The Arts,
:,'_- which were preliminarily approved on June 6, 2005, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on July 11,
2005, and no objections were made.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the Youth Pavilion Project - Waterloo
Center For The Arts, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the
same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of July, 2005.
