y RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO KW
ELECTRIC, INC. OF CEDAR FALLS, IOWA, FOR
c REPLACEMENT OF PART 139 AIRFIELD SIGNAGE AT
< - THE WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT, IN THE AMOUNT
-= OF $284, 912 . 00 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of KW Electric, Inc. of Cedar Falls, Iowa, in
`the amount of $284, 912 . 00, for the Replacement of Part 139
__ Airfield Signage at the Waterloo Regional Airport, described in
the plans and specifications heretofore adopted by this Council
for said project, after public hearing on published notice
required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being the
lowest bid received for said work.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
.: :-improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council.
