RESOLUTION NO. 2005-610
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH U. S.
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FEDERAL AVIATION
7 - ADMINISTRATION AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
c' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
c .` that the agreement dated July 11, 2005, in the amount of
$285, 000 . 00, to be used for the airfield signage project at the
Waterloo Regional Airport, by and between the U. S . Department of
Transportation Federal Aviation Administration, and the City of
\` Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of July, 2005 .
