RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE FROM KW ELECTRIC,
INC. OF CEDAR FALLS, IOWA, FOR REPLACEMENT OF
PART 139 AIRFIELD SIGNAGE AT THE WATERLOO
REGIONAL AIRPORT, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of KW Electric, Inc. of Cedar Falls, Iowa, for
Replacement of Part 139 Airfield Signage at the Waterloo Regional
Airport, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the
11th day of July, 2005, together with the accompanying bond for
H the_ faithful performance of said contract signed by United Fire &
__ inasualty Company of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and
the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of July, 2005 .
