COUNCIL OF
GOVERNMENTS AND DIRECTING

EXECUTION OF SAID MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
