z v - WHEREAS, Norris and Camellia Annis, 8441 Kimball Avenue,
have- paid the Waterloo Water Works the remaining balance of the
_ Promissory Note and Mortgage in conjunction with the Kimball
8-out-h Rural Water Main Project for the following described

` A part of the Southwest Quarter (SW1-1) of the Northwest
, .y Quarter (NW1-1) of Section No. Thirty-four (34) , Township
_- Eighty-eight (88) North, Range Thirteen (13) West of
-. the Fifth Principal Meridian in Black Hawk County,
Iowa, described as follows, to-wit : The South Three
Hundred Fifty-seven and 5/10ths (357 . 5) feet of the
s ` ; West Four Hundred Fifteen and 54/100' s (415 . 54) feet
- thereof, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Release of Real Estate Mortgage dated
July 11, 2005, for payment of Promissory Note in conjunction with
the Kimball South Rural Water Main Project, by and between Norris
and Camellia Annis, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of July, 2005 .
