RESOLUTION DEDICATING PROPERTY GENERALLY
LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF WEST 4TH
STREET AND ANSBOROUGH AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA, FOR RIGHT-
OF-WAY PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described property:
All that part of the Southeast 11 of the Southeast of
Section 33, Township 89 North, Range 13 West of the
Fifth Principal Meridian, Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa, described as follows :
Beginning at the point of intersection of the present
Northwesterly right-of-way line of West Fourth Street
with the present West right-of-way line of Ansborough
Avenue; thence North along a line which is 33 feet
normally distant West of and parallel with the East
line of the Southeast of said Section 33 a distance
of 12 . 48 feet to the North line of the Southeast 142 of
the Southeast 1,1 of said Section 33; thence West along
the North line of the Southeast of the Southeast of
said Section 33 a distance of 45 feet; thence South
parallel with the East line of the Southeast of said
Section 33 to the present Northwesterly right-of-way
