RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING CERTAIN
S ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY FROM BLACK HAWK

COUNTY.
_ WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has had the parcel
s described herein appraised and the fair market value ascertained,

WHEREAS, the acquisition of the hereinafter described parcel

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
