RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF CENTENNIAL
r7nn1 COMMITTEE FOR WESTMINSTER PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH

TO HOLD 100TH AT WASHINGTON PARK
ON OCTOBER 2, 2005 AND TO BLOCK OFF 500 BLOCK
OF WEST 3RD STREET FOR A CHURCH SERVICE,
"' POTLUCK AND GAMES .
WHEREAS, Centennial Committee for Westminster Presbyterian
Church has requested permission to temporarily block off 500
block of West 3rd Street on October 2 , 2005 , in conjunction with
church:. service, potluck and games to be held at Washington Park.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Centennial Committee for
Westminster Presbyterian Church for authorization to temporarily
block off 500 block of West 3rd Street on October 2 , 2005 , in
conjunction with church service, potluck and games to be held at
HW 1riigton Park, be and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of July, 2005 .
