That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa :shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo, :Iowa at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 8th day of August, 2005 , for the purpose of-:considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate a portion of -€h€ T8 foot utility easement generally located at 217 Park Lane, maid legally described as follows : D ~ -•- The northerly eight (8) feet of Lot 24 Southhaven -Addition to the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa filed and recorded as Document Number 929 in Book "M-, Page 81, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa. Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
