s T COVERED UNDER IOWA NPDES GENERAL PERMIT 2 AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID NOTICE OF
DISCONTINUATION BY MAYOR.
o � - BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
n' n that the Notice of Discontinuation Of Storm Water Discharge
wQvered under Iowa NPDES General Permit 2 in conjunction with
r - '.Y. 2004 Sergeant Road Trail Paving, Contract No . 668 , by and
r 4etween the Iowa Department of Natural Resources and the City of
Vaterloo, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
'Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of July, 2005 .
