s r r GREEN CONSULTING ENGINEERS AND DIRECTING
rit EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

s 'J BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
'that the agreement dated July 18 , 2005, at a cost of $17 , 200 . 00 ,
to complete Section 106 review for East 8th Street, Sycamore
Street, East 11th Street, and the Cedar River necessary for
_- rehabilitation and/or demolition of the Rath Administration
- Building, by and between Howard R. Green Consulting Engineers of
Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of July, 2005 .
