RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH TERRY L.
s 7 BONIK AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
s AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
o > that the Agreement dated July 18 , 2005, to develop a 6 , 000 sq.
2 ft . building, on a 1 . 62 acre site generally located along Highway
ru 63 , just south of the Heartland Inn with a minimum taxable value
4_ - of $300, 000 . 00 and tax rebatements of 100 percent for five years,
"- by and between Terry L. Bonik and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
- execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of July, 2005 .
