DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,

that the Cooperative Agreement dated July 18 , 2005, for
< .inspection and administration of construction services in
4 6onjunction with F.Y. 2005 Ansborough Avenue Interchange Project,
; Contract No. 667 , by and between the Iowa Department of
'transportation, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
