>: 7 WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the City
u Engineer, to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc . , for the construction of the F.Y. 2006 Sidewalk
','ti, e- Repair Block Grant Program - Zone 5, Contract No. 690, in the
< City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and

WHEREAS, the Engineers have filed said plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc . , and the Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc. , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily approved.
