, • -- Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,

-- aterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 8th day of August, 2005, for
the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. for the F.Y. 2006 Sidewalk
Rep*irl_Block Grant Program - Zone 5 , in the City of Waterloo and
'7_=-• the taking of construction bids therefore, Contract No. 690 .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
