SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , FOR
s tr WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT TERMINAL APRON
o REHABILITATION.

WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Airport
N Director, to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc . , for the construction of the Waterloo Regional
^ Airport Terminal Apron Rehabilitation, in the City of Waterloo,
'A) - Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Airport Director has filed said plans,
Specifications, form of contract, etc . , and the Council of the
`- City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same .
`- NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc . , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of July, 2005 .
