RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
j SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , FOR
WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT WILDLIFE FENCING.

WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Airport
o Director, to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
c s contract, etc . , for the construction of the Waterloo Regional
Airport Wildlife Fencing, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as
specified in the specifications, and

s WHEREAS, the Airport Director has filed said plans,
`specifications, form of contract, etc . , and the Council of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract,
1 etc . , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of July, 2005 .
