RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , FOR

cy, WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Building
{,^„Official/Maintenance Administrator, to prepare and file plans,
ti -specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the construction of
= he Live Fire Training Structure at Waterloo Fire Rescue Training
: _Center, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the
x :specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Building Official/Maintenance Administrator has
= filed said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc . , and the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc . , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily approved.
