RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING
L SPECIFICATIONS, BIDDING DOCUMENT, FORM OF
s j CONTRACT, ETC. , FOR PURCHASE OF TWO NEW
J C AUTOMATED GARBAGE TRUCKS FOR WASTE MANAGEMENT

H SERVICES .
o s .- WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
` ' .Superintendent of Waste Management Services, to prepare and file
Apecifications, bidding document, form of contract, etc . , for the
-- Purchase of two New Automated Garbage Trucks for Waste Management
Vie-rvices, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the
_ specifications, and
'. WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Waste Management Services has
filed said specifications, bidding document, form of contract,
s ,etc . , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
`'considered the same .
— NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
cIATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bidding document, form
-- of contract, etc . , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of July, 2005 .
