c s WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Fire
Chief, to prepare and file specifications, bidding document, form
r )of contract, etc . , for the Purchase of Portable Lift System for

Maintenance Shop for Waterloo Fire Rescue, in the City of
- fi aterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Fire Chief has filed said specifications,
yielding document, form of contract, etc . , and the Council of the
- City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same .
A ~' ": NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
