- SE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,

Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shallmeet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 1st day of August, 2005, for
the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed
spe i ations, bidding document, form of contract, etc . for the
iDurchize of Portable Lift System for Maintenance Shop for
Waterloo Fire Rescue, in the City of Waterloo and the taking of
bids therefore .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of July, 2005 .
