\ WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made written application to
--_ the -- City Council asking that Steven Hellman on
behalf

tveland/Jordan Plaza owners be allowed to place asphalt
resurfacing on the alley adjoining the plaza from Grant Avenue to
sy, hproximately 180 feet southwest between West 4th Street and West
J ti5 Street for safety and maintenance purposes .

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
W TERLOO, IOWA, that said request be and the same hereby
approved.
