�= FOR REPLACEMENT OF HANGAR ROOF AND DOOR SEALS

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

That the bid of Service Roofing Company of Waterloo, Iowa, in
the amount of $96, 304 . 47, for the construction of the Replacement
,of__ Hangar Roof and Door Seals at Waterloo Regional Airport,
t1e:5cribed in the plans and specifications heretofore adopted by
this Council for said project, after public hearing on published
-notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being
-- the lowest bid received for said work.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
- contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council .
_ PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of July, 2005.
