H RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

s ^ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated July 25, 2005, for Fiscal Year 2006
Commercial Service Vertical Infrastructure Program funding in the
-_ amount of $107, 951 . 00, in conjunction with improvements at the
cc - Waterloo Regional Airport, by and between the Iowa Department of
ransportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
"hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25t'' day of July, 2005 .
