RESOLUTION APPROVING COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
"� WITH U . S . ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY AND
r DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
- H. MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
c �' r, that the Cooperative Agreement dated July 25, 2005, for grant in
v ¢ the amount of $200, 000 . 00, with required city match of
1 - $40, 000 . 00, in conjunction with clean-up at the former
Construction Machinery Company (CMC) site, by and between the
U. S. Environmental Protection Agency and the City of Waterloo,
c : Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
- authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
' Iowa .
