WITH U. S . ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY AND
sr� DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY

(_., > ^ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Cooperative Agreement dated July 25, 2005, for grant in
`: 'the amount of $50, 000 . 00, in conjunction with continuing
-environmental assessment at the former Chamberlain Manufacturing
Company site, by and between the U. S . Environmental Protection
== - gency and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
: approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of July, 2005 .
