RESOLUTION APPROVING ASSIGNMENT OF PROMISSORY

DEVELOPMENT AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
H PROMISSORY NOTE BY MAYOR.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
�, -WA'TERLOO, IOWA, that the Assignment of Promissory Note dated July
-25, 2005, to the Iowa Department of Economic Development for
-default by Airgas-North Central of their Community Economic
- etterment Account (CEBA) loan/forgivable loan, be and the same
is hereby approved and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
ti -in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of July, 2005 .
