RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , FOR
.‹ BYRNES TENNIS COMPLEX RENOVATION PROJECT.

' x WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Leisure
N > Services Director, to prepare and file plans, specifications, form
c of contract, etc. , for the construction of the Byrnes Tennis
ry complex Renovation Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as
c specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Leisure Services Director has filed said plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. , and the Council of the
z City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc. , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily approved.
