RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF LANTERN SQUARE

APARTMENTS FOR VARIANCE TO NOISE ORDINANCE,
ORDINANCE NO. 3094 .

WHEREAS, Lantern Square Apartments, is requesting a variance
�� ¢ o the Noise Ordinance on August 6, 2005 from 6: 00 p.m. to 10 : 00
o s p m. in conjunction with event to be held inside the courtyard of
'-" I-" the Lantern Square Apartments, including live music, and

WHEREAS, said event will exceed the limits of the Noise
c Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094, and
o WHEREAS, said Lantern Square Apartments has made formal
application for a variance to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance,
on August 6, 2005 from 6: 00 p.m. to 10 : 00 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
;= WATERLOO, IOWA that the request of Lantern Square Apartments, for
variance to the Noise Ordinance on August 6, 2005 from 6: 00
p.m. to 10 : 00 p.m. in conjunction with event to be held inside
- the courtyard of the Lantern Square Apartments, including live
music, be and the same hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of August, 2005.
