RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF SPECIFICATIONS,
BIDDING DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF
C v PORTABLE LIFT SYSTEM FOR MAINTENANCE SHOP FOR
WATERLOO FIRE RESCUE.

c WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
'v -�. ieretofore instructed the Fire Chief of said City to prepare
= proposed specifications, bidding document, form of contract, etc. ,
-- for the Purchase of Portable Lift System for Maintenance Shop for
'Waterloo Fire Rescue, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
- - - WHEREAS, said Fire Chief did file said preliminary
s ipecifications, bidding document, form of contract, etc. , for the
Purchase of Portable Lift System for Maintenance Shop for Waterloo
' re Rescue, which were preliminarily approved on July 18, 2005,
and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on August 1,
s 2 005, and no objections were made.
= NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bidding
-document, form of contract, etc. , for the Purchase of Portable
gift System for Maintenance Shop for Waterloo Fire Rescue, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as
filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of August, 2005 .
