s BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

That the bid of Aspro, Inc. & Subsidiaries of Waterloo, Iowa,
` jr ` the amount of $82, 646. 20, for the construction of the F.Y. 2005
Traffic Safety Improvement Project - Extending Left Turn Bays on
Jniversity Avenue at Ansborough Avenue, TRAF-110-05, described in
the plans and specifications heretofore adopted by this Council
:fo`-r said project, after public hearing on published notice
required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being the
--lowest bid received for said work.
- T The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
-- improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of August, 2005 .
