BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
Qha the contract of Mike Dolan Concrete and Masonry, Inc. of
_Wa-t-rloo, Iowa, for the Riverfront Stadium 2005 Renovations and
Improvements Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City
Clerk as of the 1st day of August, 2005, together with the
: 'accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said contract
signed by the AMCO Insurance Company of Des Moines, Iowa, as
a4r-Rty thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of August, 2005 .
