DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR TRAFFIC
s SAFETY IMPROVEMENT GRANT AND DIRECTING
j H EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
(-1 - BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
= s that the Agreement dated August 1, 2005, for Traffic Safety
H Improvement grant in the amount of $45, 000 . 00, in conjunction
< with U. S. 63 (Logan Avenue) and Parker Avenue Traffic Safety
w _ Improvements, CS-TSF-8155 (684 )-85-07, by and between Iowa
Department of Transportation, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
C ~ and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
