=_� = RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH ASPRO,
s ^ s INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
s s AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
(-1 ¢ that the Agreement dated August 1, 2005, in conjunction with
c installation of speed humps at a cost of $1, 250 . 00 per speed hump
`" ¢ c for asphalt pavement and $1, 750 . 00 per speed hump for concrete
,v pavement, by and between Aspro, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the
u City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
cl the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of August, 2005 .
