DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR RISE FUNDS

v, -4 d BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
=_' hat the Agreement dated August 1, 2005, for RISE funds in the
R -amount of $138, 315 . 00, with local match of $138, 315 . 00, in
conjunction with F. Y. 2006 VGM Expansion Entrance Road, Contract
No. 704, by and between Iowa Department of Transportation, and
-the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
-=j and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of August, 2005 .
