RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH WAYNE
s vC CLAASSEN ENGINEERING AND SURVEYING, INC. AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
c = that the Agreement dated August 1, 2005, to provide engineering
:services at a cost of $24, 000 . 00, in conjunction with F. Y. 2006
.cz ;.VGM Expansion Entrance Road, Contract No. 704 , by and between
Mayne Claassen Engineering and Surveying, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa,
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
;='approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
:of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
