nnection with F. Y. 2004 Sergeant Road Trail Paving, Contract No.
668, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
- BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
- that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
