c _ WHEREAS, Essie Buls, Special Services Director for the
AATnited Sisters of Black Hawk County, has requested to hold Fall
-YE"-r pdom Fest on August 27, 2005, from 10 : 00 a.m. to 6: 00 p.m. ,
with walk to begin at Lincoln Park and end at Sullivan Park.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
.,CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Essie Buls, Special
-Services Director for the United Sisters of Black Hawk County, to
--hold Fall Freedom Fest on August 27, 2005, from 10 : 00 a.m. to
600 p.m. , with walk to begin at Lincoln Park and end at Sullivan
