RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2006

SIDEWALK REPAIR BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM - ZONE 5,
CONTRACT NO. 690 .
FL) r ~ WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
F;Y. 2006 Sidewalk Repair Block Grant Program - Zone 5, in the
:% City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 690, and
_ WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 2006 Sidewalk
__ Repair Block Grant Program - Zone 5, known as Contract No. 690,
;ch were preliminarily approved on July 18, 2005, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on August 8,
2005, and no objections were made.

v NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the F.Y. 2006 Sidewalk Repair Block
Grant Program - Zone 5, known as Contract No. 690, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of August, 2005.
