SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
1 Ti COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2005
• j s WINN STREET EXTENSION, CONTRACT NO. 692 .
A„ WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
ry .heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
_proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
-F.Y. 2005 Winn Street Extension, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
.known as Contract No. 692, and
V-J - WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
c specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 2005 Winn
Street Extension, known as Contract No. 692, which were
^ .' preliminarily approved on July 25, 2005, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on August 8,

-2005, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
-- WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
—contract and bond, etc. , for the F.Y. 2005 Winn Street Extension,
`-known as Contract No. 692, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and
-the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of August, 2005 .
