- C WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,

`"t-p prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. ,
`7 — Pr the 2005 Byrnes Tennis Complex Renovation Project, in the City
4 of Waterloo, Iowa, and

"S WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
F preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
T2-005 Byrnes Tennis Complex Renovation Project, which were
--- preliminarily approved on July 25, 2005, and
, . WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on August 8,
2005, and no objections were made.
-7. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
_ .,contract and bond, etc. , for the 2005 Byrnes Tennis Complex
Renovation Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the
same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of August, 2005 .
