RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE WATERLOO
• J REGIONAL AIRPORT TERMINAL APRON REHABILITATION.H1
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
ru ^.lretofore instructed the Airport Director of said City to prepare
_proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
--+ - -Waterloo Regional Airport Terminal Apron Rehabilitation, in the
.C-.ty of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Airport Director did file said preliminary

p-lans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the Waterloo
^Regional Airport Terminal Apron Rehabilitation, which were
— : :preliminarily approved on July 18, 2005, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on August 8,
-- -2-005, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
V+IATERL0O, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the Waterloo Regional Airport
Terminal Apron Rehabilitation, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be,
and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of August, 2005 .
