:D C _ RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE WATERLOO
REGIONAL AIRPORT WILDLIFE FENCING.

- " WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
v 'heretofore instructed the Airport Director of said City to prepare
v, proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
; --Waterloo Regional Airport Wildlife Fencing, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Airport Director did file said preliminary
plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the Waterloo
`Regional Airport Wildlife Fencing, which were preliminarily
-approved on July 18, 2005, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on August 8,
2005, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
.--contract and bond, etc. , for the Waterloo Regional Airport
Wildlife Fencing, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same
are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of August, 2005 .
