RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
s C SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
v COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE LIVE FIRE
. TRAINING STRUCTURE.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
N heretofore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance
Administrator of said City to prepare proposed plans,
ti --specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the Live Fire Training
, '--8 tructure, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and

WHEREAS, said Building Official/Maintenance Administrator did
file said preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract,
-_ `etc. , for the Live Fire Training Structure, which were
preliminarily approved on July 18, 2005, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on August 8,
,2005, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
.,:_-WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
__contract and bond, etc. , for the Live Fire Training Structure, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved
as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of August, 2005 .
