N s . BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
__ .hat the Application dated August 8, 2005, for Traffic Safety
_: F-unds grant to cover 100 percent of the construction and
equipment costs to improve traffic safety at the intersection of
-,-, Idaho Street and Dubuque Road, by and between Iowa Department of
Transportation, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
:s hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
= in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
